Abstract: Characterized by high liquid production (50-100t /d) and high gas liquid ratio ( 100-300m3 /m3 ) of JF condensate gas reservoir in Tarim Oilfield, some condensate gas wells need to be shut down to resume pressure because of reservoir pressure drawdown and wellbore effusion. By designing the continuous plunger gas lift process, relying on the natural energy of the production layer, the plunger structure and the self-weight, the plunger system operates at a self-balanced manner, achieving the purpose of liquid-discharging and gas production, and the process design is successful, showing excellent applicability and lifting effect.

摘要:  在塔里木油田JF凝析气田的部分凝析气井,产液量高(50~100t/d)、气液比高(100~300m3/m3),由于地层压力下降,井筒积液处于临界自喷状态,需关井恢复压力。利用设计的连续柱塞气举工艺,依靠产层天然能量、柱塞结构和自重,柱塞系统自平衡运行,达到排液采气的目的,工艺设计成功。工艺的适用性和举升效果良好。
